First day

Ok, I had today off and ate great and ran 5 miles. I weigh 225 and myfittnesspal said I'd be 195 in 5 weeks. To bad I can't run 5 miles a day due to work. But I can eat this way. Maybe in 9 weeks? My job is very labor intensive though. We will see. Wish me luck

    Hey, it is easy and fun. If you run, you will not be deprieved of anything at all.. Once you start your food accounting you will realize what is convenient and what is not.
    Food accounting is great and a lot of fun too.
    You will get where you want easily. Good luck and have fun!

    Great job on the run. I wish we could all just take a break from life and just exercise/lose this weight. Dreams..... Lolz. When I have a day off, I feel great knowing I got that intense calorie burn in.
