Hi! I guess I'll introduce my self.
You can call me whatever you like (: I've been using my fitness pal for a while. I started getting serious around May-ish this year. Idk. I believe I remember being 180 or around that at 5"4 or 5"5. I began eating cleaner and when I joined I was diligent for a month or two and lost around 10 pounds. Got out of school at this time and was lazy but I maintained my weight thankfully and lost a few more pounds. Around the end of August I started again and was able to lose 10 and lowered myself to 160. Lowest was 160 and I yoyo to 163 occasionally. Been at a plataeu lately. I have tried insanity a few times for a week or two at a time, but if I took an extra day off I usually skip it altogether. Never saw much change EXCEPT I can finally do a push up. LOL
So my main goal is to get leaner and lose more body fat. From a few measurement tests I average at 20% body fat. I wanna get to a single digit and basically feel confident and healthy! I don't weight train really since I have no gym pass. I am on the tennis team so I get decent exercise. Contemplating joining water polo next year So yeah. Nice to meet you guys and hope we can be friends and motivate each other!
If you play tennis, dance, like anime or manga, and listen to asian pop hit me up! Or anyone who just wants to be buds!
