no apps for me. I looked up schedule online for free. I am in week 9. when I go out for my workout it is just me and my stopwatch. its not hard to remember the sequence for each workout, oh and did I mention it can be free!

I printed it out and put it on the fridge, and used my wristwatch to keep time. Running with my cellphone annoys me to no end.0 -
I used the C210k by Zen labs it takes you past the 5k all the way to 10k. I paid the $1.99 for it because the adds we're distracting. I recommend that one just in case you want to go farther. Good Luck0
