I'm a 25 year old female. 5'4. I'm Currently at 177 and trying to get down to a nice healthy 125. I know it's going to be quite a journey. However, I'm still pretty new to all this. What would people suggest I set my macros to? Currently I work a retail job where I am on my feet all day, but not really running around, and I work out an average of 20 minutes a day, mostly cardio.

I have my macros set to:

Carbs - 30%
Protein - 40%
Fat - 30%

I seem to be fine everywhere but carbs. Hahaha. Looks like I need to take more bread out of my diet. Does this seem alright for me?
