:flowerforyou: Is it okay to not use all of your calories? I work out once or twice a day but don't need to use the extra calories. Does this help the weight come off faster?

The calorie calculators aren't an exact science. If you are in a reasonable deficit, you will lose weight. Use how you feel as a gauge. If you don't eat all of the recommended calories (so long as you are over the base 1200 or so that almost everyone needs) but you still feel good, are not hungry, and have plenty of energy then you're fine. If you start to feel like crap though, that will be the first thing you will want to consider as the potential cause.0
