Edit: For some reason it won't show the whole picture. You get the idea, though!
1-1/2 POUNDS Of Delicious Stir Fry Weighs In At Just 282 Calories!
I was starving, this morning, and needed food.
Big food.
Lots of food.
So I stir fried together tofu shirataki macaroni (1 lbs), onion (1 medium), green onions (2 stocks), baby bok choy (1 whole), mushrooms (1/4 cup, chopped), ham (1-1/2 oz, finely diced), jalapeno pepper (1 fresh), mini sweet pepper (1 fresh), grape tomatoes (1 cup), garlic powder, black pepper, buttery spray and olive oil cooking spray.
I ate until I couldn’t eat any more.
I feel good.
One note: tofu shirataki macaroni needs to be fried quite a bit longer than other tofu shirataki “pasta” products before it makes it all the way to yummy.
