I just started seriously trying to watch what I eat Thursday of this week. I am very tried of being overweight. I remember the days when I was younger and was only 106 lbs. Oh, those were the days!

Well, this is a new day and a new time. Health is more important than ever. My problem areas of lack of meal planning and staying motivated. A small group at work has started up so I should get encouragement there. At home, I need to be the one to encourage my husband as he is also overweight.

This seems to be good tool to try and I am hoping for the best. Good to be here!
