Hi everyone
Im back on my fitness pal and my first weigh in is tomorrow I get weighed on Tuesdays and Fridays to keep me on track but in a few weeks will move to just Fridays weigh in.
I have about 14 stone to lose to be a 'healthy' weight but to be honest Im aiming for 9stone which is still a mammoth amount to lose but im sure with your support I can do it.
Feel free to add me, all friends welcome x

I don't remember exactly how much a stone is (and sadly it's too early for me to give a hoot enough to go and Google it) but I want to say it's around 14 lbs per stone but you can totally do this. I started the year off wanting to lose around 160 lbs (that puts me right in the middle of the low and high weights for the healthy range for me) and look at me now! I'm already almost halfway there. So welcome back to MFP and best of luck to you.0

Dear Loveyababes,
Good for you!
This tool is great to help you stay fit. Just seeing what you eat and then looking at where you are going over in your eating habits (mine was sugar!) is so great. I can actually plan ahead what I'm going to eat based on the sugar, salt, fat, etc. content. If I see that by eating that bowl of ice cream, I'm going to go over my sugar intake, I won't have it. I will choose something else, which is sooo hard! But, if you don't have it in the house, you'll have to go for something else. We buy Edy's fruit bars and that helps.
Take care.
