Hi there all! I just came back to MFP about 10 days ago after being gone 6 weeks. I for the last week I have been eating anywhere from 1300 to 1400 calories a day.. Taking my vitamins and drinking my water.. I have burning around 1200 to 1400 calories with my work outs. I have an elliptical at home in my living room that stares me down lately. Or if its nice out going for 5 mile walks. There was a comment made on my diary that i might not be eating enough..Is this true??? I feel great.. More energy than I had in a long time. I eat when i am hungry and stop when satisfied. But i want to make sure that what i am doing right now is healthy.. Thank you for any input! Have a great day!!!

I spoke to my dietician about this before, she said if you are eating at least 3 meals a day and don't feel hungry then its fine. If you are drinking enough and getting the right nutrients just ignore people tbh. Go with what your body tells you. If you're hungry then eat, if not don't. I tried forcing myself to eat because i was barely scrapping 1000 cals at one point, but the more i forced myself to eat the sicker i felt. Cause i was overfull was horrible.
