Numbers of calories burned doing JM 30 day Shred?

I started the 30 day shred about 8 days ago. I don't have a HRM and was just wondering what would be a good estimate to use as number of calories burned for this. I am a 44 year old female, 5 foot 6 inches and 142lbs in case that matters. Thanks for help.

A lot of factors come in to play on this but I found, for myself personally, using the circuit training exercise listed from the mfp's exercise menu was pretty close. It is a little more generous than my HRM but about 20-30 calories but is pretty close. Your intensity is really a factor. If you go at it hard core, it should be close.

I'm currently doing the 30ds and use an hrm to track the calories burned. I'm usually between 160 and 200 kcals for the complete workout. I do however do a 10 min warmup on the elleptical to get the heart rate up before starting. You're welcome to take a look at my diary for more details.
