T.O.M question for the ladies

Sorry guys, hope you didn't click on this out of curiosity, I have a question about exercising during that T.O.M for the girls.
So we all know that time of the month can be rough, and we all get different symptoms. I am very lucky and only get one negative side effect, but this side effect makes it very difficult to workout regularly during that week. My chest gets VERY sore. Like incredibly so. My workout of choice is Insanity, lots of jumping and very fast paced. Great for my body, so painful to the point I almost can't do it when I'm on my period. I was wondering if any other ladies out there go through the same thing and could offer any advice? I would appreciate it SO much!!!
Just in case it's relevant... I am not large chested, 34 B. So I don't think size is my issue.
Thanks so much!

I have this issue. When it hurts, I double up my sports bra. The tighter you get them to you, the better.
I also take tylenol. I used to run during TOM & it was painful yes, but I just worked through it, because I wanted it that bad.
Tylenol or MIDOL always followed though
with TOM, I generally get aches waist down, and right now, I'm doing squats, lunges & deadlifts through that. It hurt so bad the other night, I doubled up the MIDOL and had a warm bath after.
Just do what you have to to get through : )0 -
I know your exercise of choice is really high impact, but did you ever consider going for a bike ride? I'm on my TOM right now and I went for a short ride yesterday (only because I HAD already run and was exhausted from the impact!). It felt incredible. just a thought! I absolutely understand - I feel sick, get headaches, get sore, etc. and exercise is one of the only things that makes it go away. Just the motivation to do so sucks, though!0
