My body fat % is about 22-23 % i'm quite shocked 'cause never thought it was so bad.According to the site i'm nearly overweight. What can i do to remove a lot of unuseful fat from my body?

For a female thats not too bad a figure for body fat!

Your body has to have some fat - really lean female athletes will have maybe 5-10%. Between 10 and 20 would be a reasonable expectation, but even 20-25% is OK. I'm trying to get mine under 30%!

5-10% is for lean MEN, not women. Below 15% is getting too low for most women.... that's about fitness model in competition level. Even they're not that lean year 'round.

22% is pretty damn near perfect.
