how bad is this?

i have developed a habit of going to eat my favorite meal (high calorie) on the same day that i burn the most calories. the workout is the p90x plyometrics routine, which is a 60 minute high intensity workout, and i burn in the vicinity of 600 calories. it seems to be working out for me right now (even though i know tony horton would totally be chastising me!). i am steadily losing weight and it helps me to keep my temptations in check through out the week. but i wanted to check in with people on here to see if anyone did this similarly or if there are some future drawbacks i should be aware of. thankee!

Do you stay within your calorie count for the day? If you do - I would say you are working the whole point of the system - which is....watch what you eat and if you want to eat more - exercise more.....0
