So I'm using a fitbit for the first time today, I still want to use my HRM for workouts and then use fitbit for over all day activity steps taken floors climbed. My question is should I just remove my fitbit dunring the time I'm using my HRM and log the workout and then put back on my fitbit after the workout...? What do you do? Or what would you suggest?
Also if you have any tips or tricks please share I'm new to the fitbit world!
Thanks in advance!!!!

Depending on what fitbit you have, the more advanced ones (not zip) have a stopwatch or stop button.
If you enter in your activity it wont double count.. because mfp gives you a time started function to make up for any adjustments.
Its good if you are working out in ways where you arent stepping a lot.. the fitbit wont count it as much..0
