I am new and in need of friends/motitation

Hello All,

I recently heard about MFP and I am finally motivated to make changes in my life. I would any new friends that would help me achieve my goals!

    Hey bud welcome to the club. Best thing I can advise is do not give up. It will take about 12 weeks before you see any real results and it will get frustrating as hell along the way. Set your long term goal, and then to keep motivation high set weekly goals 1% body fat loss or 1lbs weight loss. Depending on your over all goal of things.

    Pick out a workout routine at home or the gym that really challenges you, something that you can get memorized and isn't too flashy or fancy something that will make you want to up it each time you go workout. Lastly do not be a fool and starve yourself, eat clean and lean and plenty of it to keep fueled and healthy. If you hurt something go easy on yourself for a while, walk instead of run, avoid lifting if its pulled, etc.
