SO.
I need some inspiration. Could you lovely people please give me awesome reasons to get my *kitten* in gear and start caring about my health and weight? I'm not looking for "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" - be creative! Haha.
My story (not that you want to read it, but too freakin' bad): I'm a 24 year old mama with a 7-month old boy, living in the city, in a small apartment. I eat crap, but crap is soooo yummy. I hate my body, but that's why I'm here. I need to back away from the Cheetos and start living a healthier lifestyle.
I lost 40+lbs before becoming pregnant, so I don't know why it's so hard for me to do it again. Help!

I would say your motivation is right there in the mirror every morning and that little cutie pie on your ticker!0

You are still very young. I can tell you as a middle-aged person that as time goes on, the gravity pulling on extra weight can wear down your joints and your spinal discs. I am a classic example...I have hip and knee pain, and degenerated discs. Twenty years out you don't want to look back and say, "If I had only kept my body in better shape when I was younger I wouldn't hurt so much today." Believe me, knowing you could have prevented it and didn't will have you kicking your *kitten*.0

Change your MIND; change your BODY. You HAVE to stop "telling" yourself things like this... Here's a quote I like better than the one you mentioned above: "If you ignore your health, it will go away."0 -
Yep. When you get older like me its not gonna be about how you look in your clothes. Its going to be about your health.
I was skinny and I didnt back away from the yummy food and now I have clogged arteries and I am almost diabetic and I HAVE to watch what I eat. You don't want to have to take a pill that makes you get leg cramps and has many other side effects that you don't want me to list here. And let's face it...that's more money out the door. Take it from me. Get healthy now. You will regret it if you don't.0
