Innocent Veg Pots

I love these things, but they are so incredibly expensive! I buy them when they are on offer, but I was thinking of attempting to make similar things at home. Has anyone tried re-creating them? Any recipes you'd like to share?

I'm ideally looking for something thats really tasty and filling, mostly made from veg, and under 400 cals per serving. Any suggestions???
