Low Sugar, Low Carb Options

Hello MFP community-

Over the past few months I have noticed that my mood, body, and energy significantly drop when I eat sugar- more specifically breads and chocoalte. Which too begin with are rare for me; so it should be esy to cut out; right? Well, I am hoping for some advice on low sugar breakfast/lunch/dinner, snack options, along with low carb options for the same. Can anybody offer up good websites to refer to or perhaps just share some good recipes and/or foods out there?
Thanks!!!

Make sure to keep lots of snacks on hand, fresh veggies, boiled eggs, sandwich slices (maybe add a little cream cheese and make rolls), almonds and other nuts

Instead of having a sandwich, try a lettuce wrap. So instead of the bread or tortilla, you just use a large piece of lettuce.

    Jimmy Johns calls these "unwichs"

I do this all the time! It saves lots of carbs and also sodium which I have an issue with the most.

Egg and cheese omelette. add some veggies or meats if wanted
    tuna.
    any meat
    peanut butter

I stay low carb during the day and my diet is typically bacon and eggs in the morning, a meat and green beans for lunch, scoops of peanut butter for snacks, etc.
