Work and Exercise Tracker .. HELP!!

have a question ... where I work I stand and walk around in a circle all day (while holding about a 17lb weight) and I climb one step about 50 times in 8 hours, should I add some of this to my exercise tracker? If so how much should I add?

    I don't think so. I think you should just select in your goals that option for "How would you describe your normal daily activities?" as "Active" or "Very Active". Cos that isn't really a workout... just your daily activity level.
