    I little vague - "stomach" can mean a lot of things... do you mean your actual stomach in the upper left quadrant of your abdominal area, or another area? If you don't feel hungry, hyper bowel sounds can come from a variety of factors - not to get too graphic, but you should know whether you're "regular" or have gas, etc. - all that stuff can lead to hyper bowel sounds without accompanying hunger.

    HEH, thanks all...it was my stomach actually growling, as in hunger noises, not gas or "poop" noises, hadn't been fed in over 12 hrs at the time I posted this.
