Ok for goulash... I'm surprised by how few it is.
half an onion - 34 cals
one bell pepper - 30 cals
half a tinned of chopped tomatoes - 11
half a stock cube - 9
1/3 cup or 60g of basmati rice - 98 cals
fry light olive oil - 8 cals
tesco stewing steak 250g or 1/2 a container - 300 cals
total - 490
(I haven't added the spices 'cause I assume they are super minimal)
Sounds too few.

Yeah sounds about right but I'd add the spices I know nutmeg is about 8 which is worth adding if the rest are about the same.
I've just had turkey mince, chopped toms, rocket, onions and mushrooms in a tom sauce and that was only about 4000 -
Is that 1/3 cup of rice cooked or uncooked?0
