I only have 500 calories ledt for the day and Im currently hungry. Is it wrong to exercise so that I can have more calories for the rest of the day? I didnt blow my calories on unhealthy stuff, just have been very hungry today.

Sounds like borderline bulimia (binging and purging). Except you do the purging before the binging. You just have to learn to face the feeling of hunger and just defeat it right now and right here.

Are you NUTS??? or maybe (I hope:bigsmile: ) joking?
    OP, go for it!
  • I don't think it's wrong, I do the very same thing. Often times I hear my fit friends say, "I need to go running now" or something similar after eating dessert or a heavy meal. It's what needs to be done, a balance of calories in and calories out.

Plus in my opinion, exercising can almost never be a bad thing (unless you're not eating).
