Who/What is your biggest motivator?

What is your biggest motivator to get healthy/lose weight/exercise? Do you do it for yourself or someone else? I do it for myself, and to **** with anyone else. I'm more motivated when I eat right and exercise..even if I'm not losing weight, I feel better about myself making smart choices for ME. :smile:

    I do it because I feel great when I do. Exercise is the ultimate anti-depressant!

    I started because the doctor told me I had too. But my biggest motivator is my trainer. He has been so much help and really got me believing I could do this. And working out really does "boost" your mood!

    I do it because it helps me feel better, have a better outlook on life, and know that I am doing something about that reflection that I hate to see in the mirror. I can't feel bad about where I am now when I'm working my hardest to get healthy. Just that one thought along with many others is a motivator to me.

    If I cant be "for me"......who can I trust more? Its not always easy but it is what it is....

    I refuse to look "outside" for what only I can carry on the "inside"
