East Stop Eat Intermittent Fasters - Gainers

Anybody following an eat stop eat intermittent fasting cycle and shooting for gains at the moment? Was hoping to find someone I can check in on for reference.
A little about the shape I'm in, because I'm pretty sure that's important for long bulk periods. I'm somewhere around 18% body fat, maybe even less. Legs and arms are almost as lean as they are going to get but I've got enough body fat left on the chest and stomach to prevent visible muscle and put off a bit of the flab effect. Legs are a lot further a long than my arms are so I need to focus on chest/shoulders/arms.
This is what I've set up for myself for the first attempt. If anyone could analyze and help me adjust I would greatly appreciate it:
Monday - Arms Lift - 4600 calories
Tuesday - Legs Lift - 4000 calories
Wednesday - jog/abs - 4000 calories
Thursday - Rest - 750 calories
Friday - Arms/Chest Lift - 4600 calories
Saturday - jog/abs (or possible mtb/hike) - 4000 calories
Sunday - Rest - 750 calories
Total: 24500
Weekly TEE: 21700
