Regimented weed day diet

week day...not weed day :) typo

This is my diet during the week. It takes discipline but it really works. use it if you want to

8 am - Instand Oatmeal w/ 2% milk (i like the chocolate chip)

10 am - Pineapple Chobani

12 pm - Deli turkey or chicken w/ a dole fruit cup

3 pm - apple

Dinner - lean meat w/ green veggie

This is what i eat every week day. I went from 225 to 190 in less than 3 months. On days i excercise a lot, i can have a treat before bed. I always make sure i burn 250-500 cals so i can use butter or olive oil and a marinade and have some coffee w/out going over my cal goals. Doing that helps the food taste better which is the key to sticking to a program like this.


I stopped for 2 months after my son was born and gained back 8-9 lbs. Back on the diet, back on track!

    ha ha :) no no...thats how i quit smoking...theres another thread about quitting smoking and trying to not gain weight where i outline my quitting smoking plan. which is basically smoke weed until you forget you want a cigarette then run and sweat
