low carb friends

Hi all,
So I'm new to MFP. I recently lost a good amount of weight on medifast but went off for the summer and gained most of it back..I attempted to restart but was very unhappy being so restricted by what I could/couldn't eat. I decided to just try to eat better and exercise. However, I also know that if I try my hardest and do what I'm supposed to do and don't see results fast enough I will give up! I decided to try the whole low carb approach because I think that's what made medifast work so well, but now I can have more options and feel like a normal person. I'm not going full on Atkins or anything, I'm just eating mostly eggs, meat, cheese, and veggies/salad, all of which I enjoy. I feel like I may be losing even though the scale doesn't say so yet.
I would like some other friends who have public diaries and have success eating low carb so I can see what you're doing and have some one to go through this with! So send me a request if you want!

Me too, though I eat fruits in the morning . I'm sort of following the 17 day diet plan0
