Mini Goal for today - COMPLETED!!!

Today my main goal was to force myself to get up and go to the early morning group fitness session with my new gym - AND I DID IT!!!

Now my aim is to eat to not go above my calorie count (and not too far below - but that is easily done).

I would also like to aim to drink 2L of water, but I feel like I should have only one goal at a time that I am working towards...
