you need to try substituting things you usually eat for healthier items ex
instead of bread eat bagelthins
instead of mashed potatoes, cook cauliflower with 2 potatoes you will use less butter and milk(use nonfat)
instead of potatoe chips eat popchips or applechips
instead of french fries eat sweet potatoe fries
instead of mayonnaise try avocado
reg milk try nonfat milk
instead of reg flour tortillas eat the lowcal high fiber ones only 50 cals
instead of reg rice try brown rice
and experiment with different vegetables and fruits
snack on popcorn, mini rice cakes, apple cinnamon sticks(trader joes), apple slices with peanut butter, grapes, cherry tomatoes,carrots,skinny cow ice cream bars, fiber one bars0 -
Hey do this, get yourself a bike if you dont have one already and ride yourself to a grocery store, not the nearest one because the whole point is for you to get that workout. Now that you have that in mind you will tell yourself hey i need that workout!! And i need healthy food i need to go get some, and you will have that habit of doing it every time you run out of food, healthy food that is. Try it because it did work for me0
