Pre-pregnancy weight!

So - my son is now 8.5 and my daughter is nearly 4 and I am, for the first time, at the same weight I was before I fell pregnant with number 1. (I actually lost seven kilos in the first trimester due to morning sickness - but I don't want to be there again!)

Two more kilos and I will be the lightest I have been since my early 20s (I'm 44). And probably fitter since I no longer smoke!

Plus body fat down from 31% earlier this year, to a smidgen under 27% today.

That's super great! Your children will love you no matter how much you weight, of course, but I'm pretty sure that in their own innocent way, they are so proud of you. Maybe they're not aware of the work you've done, but they'll look at you and see a fit, healthy woman, which is such a great example to them
