Hi guys! What are your tips for workout routines? I have a full gym at my disposal, but I usually only do a half hour of intense cardio on the elliptical and some sit-ups... not exactly your full body work-out ,but I don't know what I should be doing!
My main target areas are the thighs, gut, and love handles.
