Question about eating your exercise carbs and cals back?

Hello everyone :o),

I am wondering, when you log exercise on here..have you had success with eating back part of your calories or none or all?

I currently have tried not to eat my cals back which has been easy for me, but I wonder about carbs I noticed those go up as you workout too,
I am actually more concerned with carbs because I seem to be a carb addict, lol..no seriously. And seems I gain weight when I dont really watch the carbs.

I am 23.3 on the BMI.
4'11 weight 115.4 going for somewhere around 100 depending upon how I look to myself and feel.
I guess my question is..
Do you try to keep your cals carbs and fat the same even if you workout? or eat some of them.
What is a good % to set your fat and carbs?
