Okay, so I'm under my calorie goal in a healthy way, below carbs and below fat but 28 over my protein (I didn't know my smoothie i bought had so much in it today). Is that still okay? Is that real bad?

it is ok to be over in protein. I am working out lots & have doubled my protein intake.
Eating more protein will help you build muscle faster & muscle burns more calories than fat....
Your body does need certain percentage of each fat, protein & carbs, it works best if you give it the correct amounts of each.
I am eating very high fibre, high protein & then trying to eat mostly complex carbs....
This has always worked for me in the past and so far so good.0 -

MFP tends to be alittle low with their protein allowance. Don't worry unless you're WAY, WAY over. I was always anywhere from 8 to 30 over, and still managed to lose most of the weight that I wanted to.0
