This is a really cool program, because it does everything for me. My life is to busy to try to do that on my own. I think this is going to work for me. I am accountable now for my actions.

    It DOES work! I have lost 54 pounds since August ONLY doing this...no exercise. I am now able to start exercising because of the weight loss and my knees can tolerate it now
