I AM WHAT I EAT....

and today i am a TOASTER STRUDEL. i fit it into my calories for the day, but i still feel bad for eating it , and i want another one..yikes...so i am hoping this will make me feel better and put me in check. i usually eat healthy, but i am an emotional eater, this i have to combat.

    I was feeding one to my daughter this morning and I wanted to take a bite but held back.

    Atleast you fit it in to your calories so don't feel bad.

    I had a cupcake today. Work... what can you do? I fit it in my caloric intake as well and I guess... my advice. Don't sweat the small stuff.

    you have to have a treat every now and then or you will end up going treat crazy. Don't beat yourself up for a little sweet treat here and there. At least it's not a pint of ice cream a day or a bunch of candy bars.

    You shouldn't feel guilty for eating. If it fits, it fits. Eat it.
