Need suggestions I need a DVD for upper body

Any suggestions? Prefer one that is lifting only. I am doing the 30 Day Shred. Thanks for the help.

    I like Jari Love's DVD's. The 2 I have aren't just upper body but you really need to work all your muscles and her DVD's are great for just general lifting without getting into the heavy stuff.

    Right now I am doing Chalean Extreme and I love it. Cost me $50 used though...
    There was one by Jackie something...something like personal training with Jackie. She is a pretty short haired blond and I think she has a tv show. Well anyways her one dvd is all lifting and I did that one for a while and liked it.
    There was one I liked by Kathy Smith where she lifted weights...Lift weights to Lose weight? I think I got that at a thrift shop and I liked it. I think she has it divided by upper and lower body in case you only have time to do half a day. Like upper one day, lower the next.

    Im doing Be Fit in 90 on youtube right now, I'm just wrapping up the first month and Im already seeing a great difference in my arms and shoulders.

    ETA: A lot of people recommend Kelley Coffey's DVDs for lifting, I've never done one so I can't really say how they are.
