Time to change the change

I've been using the MFP app for about a month now on my phone, but I've been on my current diet for about 2-3 months. Slowly, my diet got more and more severe, and now I'm down to an average of 650-999 calories a day. Yes. I understand this is unhealthy. It's difficult when one part of my brain knows that and another just wants so badly to be skinny that feeling sick and exhausted each day seems almost worth it.

This is my pledge to change.

This is me making a promise to myself to lose weight in a healthy way. This absurd diet is wearing me out and affecting my school work. I thought that by becoming a member of the MFP community, everyone here could help support me and keep me on track. Once you get into the mindset, it's really difficult to eat properly. I want to loose weight, but I also want to be able to eat without thinking "Oh god, I just put 300 calories into my body what was I thinking!?"

I hope you'll all support me, as I'm off at college without my family to make sure I eat. Speaking of which, I'm going to go eat something, because I feel sick from hunger and half a sugar free chai latte does not a dinner make.
