I am new to this whole diet blog and log and am excited to get started on my new healthy journey. I am not planning on losing weight but just getting healthier and toning up! Since I am a college student my schedule is pretty busy and don't always have the time to think all my choices through, but this semester I want to make that a priority and am looking food to seeing how others make their healthh a priority as well.

    This is a great place then. My daughter, who is in college as well, has always been very athletic. She turned me on to this site because just like you...she is very busy at school, work & social. She didn't need to loose weight either but maintain a healthy nutrition, because her crazy schedule didn't help her to always eat very well. She has been a vegetarian since she was 41/2 and that was even harder because veg heads can really munch out on a lot of junk food if not careful. Anyway, wish you the best....my kid uses the gym a lot a school and now works there part time. Good studies too!
