and already showing great results. I started at 194lbs and am 11 days in tonight with two rest days. I am down to 189lbs and feeling great. Can't wait to see my end results

30ds is what I started with and I loved it. I didn't see much of any weight loss from it, but it totally boosted my stamina for running, and I've always been a terrible runner. Really helped for the long run!!!0

Yeah doing the shred makes me feel awesome. I will alternate between 30DS, ripped in 30, yoga meltdown, trouble zones, and 6wk to a 6pk to get to my goal. I am a jillian junkie LOL0
