opposites......

hello all
most people wanna lose weight. i'm in this world to gain weight...weird huh?? it's been hard for me to hold weight.. had to re program my metabolism and body the way i want it to function. currently, i try to eat approx 4000-5000 calories a day... yes, that many.
how are y'all doin' on ya goals??

    Wow! You must spend a lot of time in the bathroom if you have to eat that much!
  • I've known people with the same problem, weight lifting and with a high protein diet did the trick for them.
