My routine and tips for you!

Hey girls and possibly guys! Many of you may have seen my before and after pics on threads and I have many people as what I do. I have blogged my current routine and hope to keep posting tips and updating my routine and sharing it with everyone. I also have my weight loss routine full of cardio workouts on earlier posts.

I found I didn't have much of a tummy in the front either. Which is why I told myself I didn't REALLY can too much weight. From the side I thought I looked ok. I was holding my weight in my love handles and butt and thighs
