Cheat meals/Refeeds

I'd like to find out if anyone has a cheat day or cheat meal either weekly or monthly? what do you eat as a cheat?

Ive been on a strict low carb (40g max) diet for just 2 weeks eating alot of protein and lost 5.2kg (11lbs) and down 3%BF to 23.5% and weight from 65.6kg to 60.4kilos. Scale hasnt moved in 3days but i focus mainly on measurements. I'm 5'2

What would u suggest as a refeed or cheat meal? and how much carbs to take?

    I would reccomend a healthy spike day once a week, sure some dark chocolate or homemade muffins is fine but make it healthy-ER than your previous diet.
    Hit maintenance on this day.

    I'm low carb and every now and again I have a cheat day where I don't worry about the carb/protein/fat split but stay within my calorie goals, usually it's when we go out for a meal or to a friends house and I don't want to be as strict :)
