2 Month Mini Success

Today was the last day month two of my five month functional fitness program. In that time I have also been logging consistently on MFP with a goal to lose 0.5 lb/week. Like many people here I am impatient to look a certain way, but also totally amazed at what my body has been able to do given a healthy diet and a reasonable but challenging fitness program in such a short time. I thought I would share my numbers
So in the last two months (plus a couple of weeks where I was sick and not logging/exercising) ...
My 1 mile time at 160 bpm (comfortable jog pace) went from 11:50 at the end of month 1 to 10:20 at the end of month two!
I lost 8 lb!
I lost two inches from my waist, tummy/hips, and 1" from my bust!
My body fat (inaccurately calculated from a website) decreased from 34% to 29%!
So I am feeling good today! I'm going away for the weekend so also a good chance to take some pics and compare to my "before" pictures
Hope you all are having rewarding days as well!!
