I need help with 70 hour work weeks

Since graduating in May, I picked up two jobs, one that is a sitting desk job, another where I'm on my feet anywhere from 12 to 15 hour shifts at a restaurant.

Before this mess, I was exercising daily, eating right, and maintaining my goal weight. I loved how I looked. Since beginning 70 hours a week between two jobs, I have all but stopped exercising. I go to work at 7am in the morning, and don't get home til 10 or 11pm at night. I already get up at 6am to walk the dog and have enough time to wake up. I'm exhausted constantly. What's worse is that i'm finding myself eating to stay awake while I'm at the restaurant.

I'm no longer happy with my body as I'm gaining weight, my clothes aren't fitting, and it's a downward spiral from here. Whenever it's warm, I bike my 6 miles to work and back. I try and fit in a 3 mile run once a week, and normally walk 2 miles a day with my dog. However I'm really needing some help and insight from others who are in my same position. I'm scared that I'm going to lose everything I worked hard for.

    Hi there,
I don't work as long as you do but when you are getting very tired and you eat to stay up,I tell my husband pack a protein bar and some carrots and celery with you just in case you need to munch and lots of water so far that helps him.Its no good to eat late at nights but some people have no choice then for dinner late at nights a light salad and jello or a peice of fruit before bed.

Most of the issue is that I work 40-50 hours a week in a Burrito shop in which we get free food while we're there as part of the compensation for our low pay. I end up munching and nibbling all the way through my 12-16 hour shifts as I get so exhausted. I've tried just making salads, bringing granola bars to fill up on, and even choosing to just eat a big meal so I'd be less hungry. However I feel the biggest problem is just not having time to dedicate to working out. I really need to find a way to curb my urge to munch the whole time I'm there.
