i clicked on this button this morning, before i ate anything.

Even if you starve yourself for 5 weeks, you won't lose 28lbs. That's over 5lbs a week.! And that's only if you don't pass out!
2 weeks of doing bare minimum of nutrition (with no exercise, 80% bed rest) and it was rough!0 -
You cannot lose weigh quickly, and stay healthy. It is a slow process. But you will get to where you want to be, if you stay strong and keep working toward your goal.0
