In home exercise program regimens?

I am needing something that I can do in home. I am about to move and i will have a small workout room in my home. I am needing some workout dvd ideas. I can't do anything high intense right now. I will need to build. Any ideas?

    Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is what I started with. It will seem really hard at first, almost like you can't do it, but just take a breather for 5 seconds when you need to then jump back in. It will get easier (i.e. you will get stronger and build endurance).

    I love Jilluan Michaels Body Revolution. Also look at Turbojam, Turbofire and Chalean extreme. Do a search on here and you're find LOADS of information.

    forget the DVDS....Deck of Cards Workout:

    Each suit is assigned an exercise
    The deck is shuffled & is started with the first card
    Depending on the card type, you perform the

    Example Deck of Cards Workout:

    Clubs: Push-ups
    Diamonds: Sit-ups
    Hearts: Lunges
    Spades: Jumping Jacks
    Cards
    10 of Clubs: 10 Push-ups
    Jack of Spades: 11 Jumping Jacks
    Ace of Hearts: 14 lunges


    Or whatever exercises you wish to substitute...No work out is ever the same and it will KICK YOUR BUTT

    I started out with DVD's (even though you don't necessarily need them to work out at home). Some good ones:

    Jillian Michaels: 30 Shred, Ripped in 30, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, No More Trouble Zones & Yoga Meltdown
    Bob Harper: Total Body Transformation, Ultimate Cardio Body
    Jackie Warner: Xtreme Timesaver Training
    Beachbody: Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, P90X, Insanity, Les Mills Pump (<my favorite)

    Or you can do bodyweight stuff:

    Push-ups, pull-ups, squats, lunges, sit-ups, jump rope, running...

    Also maybe check out bodyrock.tv. Some intense workouts on there with minimal equipment.

    I came across an older post that had some free workouts, that included Fit in 90 on Youtube. 30 Day Shred is also on You tube. Try your local library, that's where I started my Jillian Michaels addiction.

    that is a very cool idea and could be fun as my husband and i are trying to work out together.
