App-tastic?

I can not believe how helpful today's technology has been in helping me reach my weight loss goal. One of the big ones that helped me was the couch to 5k program. I am not a runner, never have been a runner (hell I even smoke) but after listening to my sister-in laws I decided to give it a shot. I never thought I could run a 1/2 mile, but I am now jogging 2.5. I still can't believe it.

So, I was wondering what else is out there? What other Apps do you use?

I would love to find another goal oriented Physical challenge type-Free is GOOD! But, really curious about any.

    I'm gonna bump this topic because I'm looking for a good weight lifting log app.

    Jefit seems popular. I LOVE the stat section but I found the rest a bit clunky and cumbersome.
    Strong Lifts 5X5 was great if you follow the program strictly but not very customizable.

    I need new hints.
