If I am more active than usual for example 5-6 days in one specific week, is it OK if I go over my usual TDEE calories? :ohwell:

If you're asking whether you'll still lose weight, the answer is it depends on what you're doing on your other days. If you remain in a net calorie deficit over time, you'll lose weight.0

Are you saying that if you are more active in one week can you eat more in the same week?0

TDEE is based on your activity level, so if you're more active than usual, your TDEE will increase and you should eat more.0

This week, I am a bit more active than usual for 3 days-today is the 3rd day, I have managed to keep my deficit in check so far except today that I had to eat out.Are you saying that if you are more active in one week can you eat more in the same week?
Yes, only this week though, my daily has gone more hectic than usual this week. :ohwell:TDEE is based on your activity level, so if you're more active than usual, your TDEE will increase and you should eat more.
Yet, I have read that some average it per week, or per month. Some just calculate it daily based from fitbit or HRM. So I'm not sure which way is the best. I am now using the the method to average it out though. However, sometimes, my weekly schedule just got out of synch in a month, for example this week which causing my routine to change temporary, so I'm now confused on what to do next-because it is only for a week or two.0 -

If you are exercising more, you can eat more calories, because your total daily expenditure will be higher.0

What is TDEE?
Total Daily Energy Expenditure - basically the calories you burn in a day (aka maintenance).0 -

Look at your TDEE for the week and split your daily calorie intake in that week based on preference, as long as you do not go too extreme in either direction.0
