39 Year old just want to lose 15-20

Hi, I'm almost 39 and have had a lot of bad habits through the years including, drinking, tobacco, and greasy food. The weight finally started to show. With my shirt off looking in the mirror I really started to show my age. I'm now trying to eat better and cut out all alcohol and tobacco (I'm on day 3). I really want to start a healthy lifestyle and get ripped! Feel free to add me if you are interested. I started working out about 3 times per week kickboxing cardio for an hourlong. Feel free to add if you can help motivate and give me tips.

I'm 5'9" larger frame 182 currently.

    Just a question. Will I get where I look good with just Kickboxing, It's kind of Boxing/Kickboxing/Cardio with P90X stuff thrown in. It's an hour long.
