I just got an elliptical trainer, and when logging in MFP, the system says for 15 minutes, I burn 266 calories. My HRM says 140. Which is correct???

Always believe the HRM over any machine or calculator. It knows what you were really doing and the effort being put in while the others are all making assumptions.0

I just go with the lower number. My HRM will tell me a run might have burned something like 1100 calories where the treadmill and MFP both have me around 800. I go with 800.0
