Tumblr's being a **** right now, so I can't post the links, but when it's back up follow these pins to the lists they link. They're pretty helpful and should help you figure out what you need to buy. And how to incorporate salads without them getting boring.

They leave a lot of wiggle room for you personal taste, too. Good luck!

I absolutely second the Almond Milk. You can cut tons of calories out by switching. I started drinking it because my mother loved it and I was never a Soy Milk fan. Unsweetened is about 30 calories per cup whereas I believe dairy milk (even the 2% or skim kind) are all over 80 calories.

I also tend to buy Sara Lee, 45 Calories and Delightful Bread, so I don't have to worry about the bread taking up all my calories when I make a sandwich.
  • Thank you everyone that has helped me alot > never had the almond milk or soy milk but willing to try it

If you do soy, do organic and non-GMO.... unless of course you like GMO. LOL
